Fun walk for families with children: from Parker’s Piece to the Round Church

We’ll see the Reality Checkpoint, the field where 15,000 once had an outdoor meal, meet a renowned Cambridge crocodile, whale and grasshopper, see the roof where a car was parked some years ago, and catch a glimpse of the college with a link to two different bears.

This fun walk is an introduction to Cambridge for visitors and newbies. It is designed to keep both parents and children busy and stimulated.We shall set off for a brisk stroll exploring the most famous and beautiful sights of Cambridge. We’ll talk about the past and present of the city and the University, and children will lead the way trying to spot particular buildings and details of the townscape from a selection of photos.

Advanced booking is essential!

Duration: 2 hours.
Language: Russian.
Fee: Adults £18 (from age 17). Children (age 7-16) £6. (This walk is not recommended for children under 7.)

Special offers: Second adult in the family is FREE! Second and third child in a family are HALF PRICE.

Starting point: in front of the swimming pool, Parkside Pools and Gym, Gonville Place, Cambridge CB1 1LY

Parking: Queen Anne Terrace car park.
