We will refund payments for tours, apart from any deposit, if cancelled more than 24 hours before the tour. Please contact us.
Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and to discuss how the repayment should be made, or to explain why your refund has been rejected.
If the request is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please email email@example.com .
If you wish to exchange a tour for another, email firstname.lastname@example.org, but note that tours may have a minimum number of participants and so may not be available.
