Please <a href=\"mailto:info@tancam.uk\">contact us<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and to discuss how the repayment should be made, or to explain why your refund has been rejected.<\/p>\n\n<p>If the request is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n<p>Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n<p>Next, contact your bank.
